Then, join me on November 1 for a 2 hour Q & A session where you will get all of your questions answered. The three days in between will give you time to work on your workshop and have questions ready!

By the end of this workshop, you will have created your first corporate workshop! You will even get my slide deck for a workshop that I deliver to organizations in January.

I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years. After owning a successful fitness and wellness center in South Florida, I switched to exclusively working with corporations. I have been working with corporations and municipalities for 13 years, and to date, I have worked with over 150,000 employees and their family members.
